It is always difficult to decide what to do with things that you no longer need. When you are cleaning out your closets and garages you have to do something with all those things you do not want or need. There are several choices available. The best thing to do is make someone happy with the stuff you know longer use. You can hold a yard sale and earn some money off of your stuff. This requires a lot of preparation. Each item has to be assessed and tagged with a price. Pricing is difficult because there is not a key to go by. It is up to the seller what price they think it is worth. Price too high and people will not even inquire about it. Price too low and you leave money on the table. Once everything is assessed and priced then you need to advertise the sale and execute it.
